Blog Blackout   It's my fault that there's been a blog blackout during my trip to China. These are written - sorry - on the plane.   Shanghai Expo   The UK pavilion, also known as the Dandelion (so named by China's netizens), is a remarkable creation, covered by 60,000 rods / spikes / prickles. The landscaping is still to be done - still 45 days to opening. I think it will be far better than a traditional trade fair.   Chinese Peacekeepers   China has recently lost eight of its police peacekeepers in the Haiti earthquake. They were professional and committed colleagues of the people I met at the Training Academy on Monday.
